T’Gallant is the sailor’s abbreviation for topgallant, the top sail of square-rigger sailing ships. Like our winemaking philosophy, it represents the peak of an adventurous, free spirit.
Nestled in the hills of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, T’Gallant pioneered Pinot Gris and Grigio wines in Australia in the 1990s – a brave move that defied all advice at a time when classic varietals dominated. Nonetheless people fell in love with them and the new styles flourished.
Crisp and zesty, this Pinot Grigio has aromas of nashi pears and candied citrus with a crunchy citrus finish.

Australia’s second smallest state is home to more regions and wineries than any other. A mix of cool and warm regions means variety is the spice of life in Victoria – from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula, to rich Shiraz from Heathcote and the Grampians and world famous fortified wines from Rutherglen, it’s a paradise for wine lovers.
